About the role
In the role of Customer Success, you are the voice and ears of Trine, being the first point of contact for our investors in all support channels.
As a part of the role, you will also take a key position in Trine’s financial and internal administration. You will handle loan administration such as payments as well as helping out with office management and supporting the organisation with a broad range of tasks.
You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and be placed in our headquarters in central Gothenburg.
Main responsibilities are:
- Trine’s customer support and strategies to continuously improve it
- Ownership of investor issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Answer investor questions and concerns in a correct and timely manner
- Improve the customer service experience, create engaged customers and thereby facilitate organic growth
- Aggregate and analyse customer insights to develop Trine's products and offer
- Inform investors about status changes of loans
- Loan administration

- Have previous experience in Communications or Finance
- Are ambitious, service-minded and hands-on
- Are diligent and understand the importance of accuracy and attention to detail when handling large financial transactions
- Have the ability to pick up and learn new digital tools
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
You might have
- A background in customer support, account management or similar background in sales or service management
- Have worked in a fast-paced, evolving environment and on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
